Technical Support Engineer, Tier III

LogRhythm is seeking a Tier III Technical Support Engineer to join our team at our corporate office in Boulder, Colorado.  The primary function for this role is to provide technical support to LogRhythm customers.  Secondarily this role will support and participate in internal engineering and fulfillment related activities.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years technical support experience
  • Client software installation, integration, and configuration
  • Windows Server installation, integration and configuration
  • Windows SQL Server 2000/2005 – installation, integration and configuration
  • *NIX Application installation, integration and configuration
  • Logging systems (i.e., Syslog, Windows Event Log)
  • Working knowledge of Windows AD Domain security and audit policies
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP protocols and routing
  • Administration and/or Configuring of routers, switches, and firewall devices
  • Solid communication and writing skills

Valued Skills:

  • Start-up experience
  • Security Information/Event Management solution experience
  • Relevant industry certifications (i.e., CISSP, CISA, MCP)
  • Degree in Computer Information Systems or Network Security
