Architecture Review & Design

The first phase of the deployment process is to review the high-level solution design that was established during product selection.  Specifics regarding the number and types of log sources, the potential use of LogRhythm agents, estimates of log volumes, archiving and reporting requirements are among the items considered during this phase.  A deployment questionnaire is completed and reviewed, a design document with supporting diagrams and descriptions is created and a formal deployment plan is finalized.

Installation and Configuration

The Deployment Plan specifies what hardware and software will be deployed, where it will be installed and who will install it (i.e., customer staff, LogRhythm staff, etc.).  Whether your installation involves a single appliance or requires the deployment of multiple systems in numerous locations, LogRhythm installation and configuration is quick and easy resulting rapid time to value.  Most customers have an operational deployment in a day or two, allowing them to quickly focus on the usefulness of the solution.  Along the way,,the LogRhythm Professional Services Team can help ensure all goes smoothly.

Once the solution is installed, LogRhythm Professional Services are available to assist our customers in configuring and tuning the solution to align with the the specific business and technical objectives of the deployment.

Project Management

For complex deployments in which multiple devices and multiple locations are involved, many customers elect to have LogRhythm’s Professional Services Team provide project management services.  Our project managers employ best practice methodologies to ensure deployments are carried out according to well defined and agreed upon plans and schedules.  Use of LogRhythm project management services enables our customers’ staff to remain focused on tasks and initiatives directly related to their business.
