Once again, we are incredibly honored by this distinction and believe it is a testament to our dedication in the cybersecurity industry year after year.
The recognition comes at a time when the SIEM market is growing. This year, LogRhythm was one of 20 vendors included in the Gartner SIEM Magic Quadrant versus 16 in 2020. While the industry continues to transform, our mission to protect our customers from cyberthreats with the best innovations and solutions remains a top priority.
As a 2021 SIEM Magic Quadrant Leader, Gartner highlighted LogRhythm’s extensive team of reseller partners as a key strength. Regardless of where customers are located, we believe we have a solid global partner network. We feel that this, combined with our broad service provider support, helps customers solve their problems more effectively.
Gartner also noted our ability to enable companies to test drive our solutions. We believe the tools we offer such as our interactive LogWars Capture the Flag (CTF) event and product demos provide flexible ways for prospects to pilot our services, which sets us apart from the competition.
Gartner also recognized LogRhythm for our investigation and case management capabilities. At LogRhythm, we collect data and tie it to specific incidents and events, helping analysts respond faster to minimize damage. Thanks to new content and guidance from LogRhythm Labs and the LogRhythm Community, customers can achieve a faster time-to-value and meet compliance needs with our ongoing best practices and threat intelligence.
A History of Customer Accolades and Satisfaction
The 2021 Gartner SIEM Magic Quadrant follows LogRhythm’s recognition as a 2020 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for SIEM for the fourth consecutive time. Customers who reviewed LogRhythm praised the quality of our technical support and tout the LogRhythm SIEM’s ease of deployment and integration. This distinction is based on independently verified feedback and ratings from end-users who bought, implemented, or used the solutions they review.
LogRhythm customers have good reason for their accolades. Earlier in 2021, we independently commissioned a Total Economic Impact™ (TEI) study from Forrester Consulting to help companies evaluate the potential financial impact of the LogRhythm NextGen SIEM Platform.
According to The Total Economic Impact™ of The LogRhythm Platform study, LogRhythm customers attained an average of a 258 percent return on investment (ROI) using our SIEM solution. Customers also reported a 90 percent reduction in incident response and that the LogRhythm investment paid for itself in less than six months! The TEI study also indicated that LogRhythm helped reduce the number of alerts organizations experienced, decreased the percentage of false positives, and reduced security analysts’ investigation time.
Enhancing LogRhythm’s Products and Solutions
LogRhythm understands our customers’ security challenges. We shape our product strategy to provide solutions that solve their unique problems in different ways. Ever since Gartner concluded its 2021 SIEM Magic Quadrant research, LogRhythm has already released several new advancements to our platform to address customer needs.
In January 2021, LogRhythm acquired MistNet, a cloud-based threat platform that delivers vast network visibility and accurate threat detection. The addition of our MistNet by NDR LogRhythm helps us expand our ability to deliver intelligent, machine learning-based detections and response that incorporate network detection and response (NDR), user and entity behavior analytics (UEBA), endpoint detection and response (EDR), and MITRE ATT&CK detections to solve current and emerging security and risk challenges.
LogRhythm also helps organizations be security first with the release of LogRhythm 7.7. This latest enhancement gives analysts an improved workflow experience and the tools to tell a cohesive story with their data to make rapid, accurate decisions with new features like Detail Page which includes the Timeline View widget and the Node Link Graph.
And there’s more to come! In July, LogRhythm will release new MistNet NDR capabilities to include integrations with existing endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions. This expansion not only increases network visibility, but offers threat detection holistically across endpoints, data centers, and the cloud. Our plug and play integration with EDR and other security solutions simplifies deployment, delivers broader threat detection, and stronger ROI.
But we’re not stopping there. LogRhythm is planning other enhancements for the second half of the year that will further validate our track record as a Magic Quadrant Leader.
