LogRhythm recently received Gartner Peer Insights’ SIEM Customers’ Choice designation for the fourth year in a row.  We feel this is an honorable distinction, and one we acknowledge with gratitude. To receive the Gartner Peer Insights distinction, vendors must have an average Product Adoption Review Coverage (PARC) score of 2.5 and average rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars. Gartner Peer Insights was developed with the global enterprise customer in mind; as such, vendors need to demonstrate not only high ratings, but review coverage across industry verticals, company sizes and deployment regions.

Covering evaluation & contracting, integration & deployment, service & support, and product capabilities, LogRhythm is proud to have received an average of 4.5 stars across the Gartner Peer Insights criteria, with an 87 percent customer willingness to recommend. Customers from companies of all sizes, industries and global regions completed positive reviews for LogRhythm, demonstrating our ability to capably deliver exceptional solutions that work for organizations of every type, around the world.

The Peer Insights distinction also echoes other important strides we are making at LogRhythm. Achieving a 54 percent increase in our Net Promoter Score (NPS) — well above industry averages — between Q2 2019 and Q2 2020 has been a major accomplishment. This increase is significant because it shows we are more effectively delivering on our brand promise.
