He has a proven track record of creating global, customer-focused and high growth sales operations, both in the private and public markets. During his most recent tenure as VP of Sales Excellence at Rally Software, he successfully maneuvered Rally from a young start-up through a successful IPO, to a mature organization in the public market. Additionally, Mr. Velasquez has held various senior leadership customer-facing positions at Intuit, McAfee, Webroot, and Symantec. He has twice served as an expatriate in Europe and has for 20+ years held global responsibilities.
