Thank you to everyone who completed our recent product and feature adoption surveys in July 2017 and January 2018. The survey results help LogRhythm’s product team understand the areas in which we can improve, as well as further our understanding of the product features you are adopting. Now that we have your feedback, we want to share with you what we learnt.
Which LogRhythm features are you adopting?
If you’re looking to gain additional value from your platform, consider implementing LogRhythm features that other customers find useful. Find out which LogRhythm features our customers are adopting:
- 66% of those surveyed are using at least one threat detection module, with User and Entity Behaviour Analytics (UEBA) being the most commonly adopted.
- More customers are using Case Management incident orchestration. In fact, there has been an 18% increase in adoption within the past 6 months.
- SmartResponse™ automation is the primary feature being adopted and implementation has increased by 20% within the past 6 months.
- CloudAI is generating interest as one third of you are looking at potentially purchasing it within the next year for UEBA use cases.
What’s coming next?
Many survey respondents indicated that they want case management to integrate with various tools and systems. We took your feedback on board, and you can expect to see the introduction of a Case Management API in LogRhythm 7.3!
