As head of security operations, I’m tasked with leading both offensive and defensive aspects of corporate security. Previously, I was formerly a Senior Security Researcher within LogRhythm Labs, where I presented my research at national information security conferences such as Black Hat, DerbyCon, AppSecUSA, BSidesLV, and many others. I am also a very active member of the Denver information security community.
I started out in the industry as a contract web developer, and then I branched out into security operations with the Department of Energy. After learning about security monitoring, I delved into penetration testing, and I was eventually placed in charge of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory’s internal Red Team. I have just under a decade of experience in the information security industry with an extensive background in ethical hacking and offensive security.
Do the right thing, simple as that.
