I work closely with the sales team to help deliver proof of concepts and ensure all technical requirements are met for our customers. I also work with customers to conduct an analysis of their networks and systems to determine the best solution for their needs. As a manager, it is my responsibility to help the federal sales engineers with their goals to deliver the best solution to our customers.
#My story: I joined LogRhythm in 2011 serving as a Sales Engineer for the SME team. Since the early ‘90s, I’ve worked in the computer industry as a system administrator. In 2004, I began working with log management and event management, helping admins to sort through their logs.
