Jeffrey T. Parks has served as one of our directors since July 2014. Mr. Parks founded and has been a general partner of Riverwood Capital, a private equity firm, since 2007. Mr. Parks currently serves on the board of directors of several privately-held companies. Prior to co-founding Riverwood, Mr. Parks served as an investment executive at KKR & Co. LLP, a private equity firm, as an investment professional in the Principal Opportunities Fund at Oaktree Capital Management, an asset management firm, and as an investment banker at UBS, a global financial services company. Mr. Parks holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Pomona College. Jeff earned a Dual BA in Economics and Mathematics from Pomona College (Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) in Claremont, California. He is a director of SintecMedia (Chairman), NUTANIX, Virtual Instruments, Accellion and Underground Solutions, Inc.
