Karen L. Blasing has served as one of our directors since May 2015. Ms. Blasing served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Guidewire Software, Inc., a property and casualty insurance software company, from July 2009 to March 2015. Over the preceding 30 years, Ms. Blasing held various executive and senior management finance positions, including serving as Chief Financial Officer at Force10 Networks, a computer networking equipment company subsequently acquired by Dell, Senior Vice President of Finance at salesforce.com., a cloud computing company, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Nuance Communications, Inc., a computer software technology company prior to its acquisition by ScanSoft Inc. and Chief Financial Officer at Counterpane Internet Security, Inc., a managed computer network security services company subsequently acquired by BT. Ms. Blasing holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Business Administration, Finance from the University of Montana and an M.B.A. from the University of Washington.
