The CommUNITY Council is founded on the principle that value and power reside in our uniqueness. We celebrate our differences, our backgrounds and are united in our drive to bring diversity and inclusion to the forefront at Exabeam and our communities.
Our mission
To initiate conversation, educate and enact change to promote diversity and inclusion in support of the unique experiences of underrepresented groups within and outside Exabeam.

Who We Are
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are the heart and soul of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) at Exabeam! They allow for like-minded individuals to come together, provide a safe space, raise visibility, and further promote and support diversity and inclusion.

Black at Exabeam
Black at Exabeam (BAE) aims to advance a diverse and inclusive work environment with a focus on current and future Black employees. Working through a dedicated network of professionals, BAE undertakes internal and external initiatives to attract, retain, empower, and inspire Black employees. These efforts are geared toward helping Black staff members achieve their fullest potential across the spectrum of professional development and employment opportunities at Exabeam.

Ex&ND
Ex&ND (pronounced “ex-and”) creates a psychologically safe, inclusive working environment to embrace, understand, and utilize the many hidden talents that neurotypes can bring to Exabeam.

ExaGals
The ExaGals focus on supporting and empowering the women of Exabeam, as well as women in the technology community at large, with career development, education and personal growth opportunities.

ExaNaari
ExaNaari’s mission is to provide mentorship and networking opportunities for our India-based women in support of career development and work-life balance.

Pride
Pride empowers queer (LGBTQIA+) and allied employees at Exabeam — they provide a safe space to celebrate individuality and all queer identities, promote inclusion, and encourage the personal and professional growth of the queer community.

Somos
Somos Exabeam (we are Exabeam) celebrates the Latino and Hispano community at Exabeam. Through education on cultural diversity, professional development, and networking events, Somos Exabeam embraces the Latino and Hispano culture and strives to increase their representation within Exabeam and the larger cybersecurity community.

Veterans
ExaVets is committed to recognizing and supporting veterans and their families. Through internal and external activities, ExaVets aims to support the transition of military veterans, provide a supportive environment for employees who have family members deployed, and attract, retain, and empower veteran employees to further the goal of helping veterans achieve their fullest potential across the spectrum of professional development and employment opportunities at Exabeam.

Waves
The Waves ERG is a resource for individuals of Pan-Asian and Pacific Islander (PAPI) backgrounds at Exabeam — Waves creates a supportive environment for professional development, amplifying voices, and building community. They strive to be an inclusive place for the PAPI community and allies through education and celebration of cultures and achievements at Exabeam.

A rising tide lifts all boats. ExaCares is a philanthropy program dedicated to improving local and global communities through investing in give-back initiatives. We host annual ExaCares Days where employees worldwide come together for the greater good. With ExaCares, Exabeam and our employees:
