LR SIEM and NetMon End User License Agreement
The LOGRHYTHM GLOBAL END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT is included with LogRhythm core SIEM Products and NetMon licensed for customers premises are as set forth below.
- If you purchase LogRhythm products and/or services in the APJ Region (Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Myanmar, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands), APJ Terms and Conditions applies.
- If you purchase LogRhythm, products and/or services in Europe (excluding Turkey), Europe Terms and Conditions applies.
- If you purchase LogRhythm products and/or services in the Middle East, Turkey or Africa, Middle East Terms and Conditions applies.
- If you purchase LogRhythm products and/or services in North America, Central America, South America or any other country or territory not specifically listed above, North America Terms and Conditions applies.

LogRhythm Software as a Service Offering Terms
LogRhythm Axon and LogRhythm Cloud Software as a Service (“SaaS”) are governed by the following terms:
- LogRhythm Axon or LogRhythm Cloud Software as a Service (“SaaS”) offerings Worldwide, excluding EMEA, are governed by Schedule A, LogRhythm Worldwide Software as a Service Agreement 05-2024
- LogRhythm Axon or LogRhythm Cloud Software as a Service (“SaaS”) offerings for Europe are governed by Schedule B, LogRhythm EMEA Software as a Service Agreement 05-2024
LR Cloud: For LogRhythm Cloud SaaS offering, LogRhythm’s security program will include, without limitation, those safeguards as described in the LogRhythm LR Cloud Security Overview
LogRhythm Axon: For the LogRhythm Axon SaaS, LogRhythm’s security program will include, without limitation, those safeguards as described in the LogRhythm Axon Security Overview.
UEBA Security: For the LogRhythm UEBA service, LogRhythm’s security program will include, without limitation, those safeguards described in LogRhythm’s SOC II Type II Report, and the LogRhythm UEBA Services Security Description.
LogRhythm Data Processing Addendum: For LogRhythm SaaS offerings the LogRhythm Data Processing Addendum will apply. For more information about LogRhythm’s Sub-Processors, visit our Sub-Processor Site where users may sign up for automated Sub-Processor change notifications.

Government Contracts. The GSA TERMS AND CONDITIONS apply to purchases made by the United States Government or other government entity pursuant to a GSA Schedule.
