Barry Capoot brings more than 25 years of financial and operations experience working in financial services, software, and technology-enabled businesses. Mr. Capoot became LogRhythm’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in December 2018. As CFO, Mr. Capoot manages LogRhythm’s finance, accounting, legal, information technology and business systems and operations teams.
Prior to joining LogRhythm, Mr. Capoot served as CFO at five different companies, including IQNavigator/Beeline, Genesis Water, Grant Victor, Rivet Software, and Diamond Wire Technology.
Mr. Capoot holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northwestern University, a Master of Science in Accounting from DePaul University, and a Master of Business Administration from University of Chicago.
