Senior Support Services Engineer

My Role

As a Senior Support Services Engineer, I provide enterprise level support to customers, resolving complex issues and advising them on best security practices. I help customers get the most out of their SIEM, ensuring their systems are stable, secure, and provide the value they need to defend their environments against the latest cyberthreats.

My Story

Previously I worked as a network engineer in the Royal Air Force, configuring and maintaining key air traffic control and nuclear monitoring infrastructure and helping protect the U.K. airspace. I served on several deployed operations to the Middle East supporting the U.K. and U.S. troops on the ground.

I joined LogRhythm in October 2015 because I wanted to explore the opportunity to work in the cybersecurity industry and work with cutting edge technology.
