As Chief Customer Officer at LogRhythm, Kish Dill leads a team comprised of more than 180 employees worldwide. He is responsible for driving global customer success by helping customers deploy and maintain LogRhythm solutions, ensuring customers are receiving the maximum value out of their platform.
Mr. Dill brings extensive experience working in Professional Services and Operations. He began his career at General Electric as a member of the Technical Leadership Program. He then moved on to work at Siemens for 17 years where he served in a variety of roles, ranging from Senior Product Manager to Senior Director of Field Operations, Western Region. In his time at Siemens, Mr. Dill was able to transition his technical career into business leadership. After leaving Siemens, he went on to become Vice President of Professional Services at Unify.
Mr. Dill joined the LogRhythm team in 2016 as Senior Director of Service Operations. In this role, Mr. Dill reported and tracked operations metrics, planned for the upcoming fiscal year, and oversaw global professional services delivery. He also drove partner enablement and LogRhythm University success.
Kish Dill holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear and Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkley. He received a Master of Science in Business and Engineering Management from Stanford University.
