My Role
I explore ways to improve our products, services, and workflows by looking into new technologies and models as well as testing different ways they could be implemented to provide better products at a lower cost for our customers. This helps us best respond to our customers’ needs, current and future, while keeping our offerings competitive.
My Story
I started my own web agency at 19, learning a lot of lessons, some of them the hard way, enjoyed some time as the lead writer for a French Linux magazine before moving to the UK and getting into cybersecurity with Websense first (now Forcepoint) for close to a decade, then with LogRhythm in 2012. During my time at Websense and LogRhythm, I covered several positions: Tech Support, Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer, SE Dev Ops, Product Manager, and Innovation.
