LogRhythm Co-Pilot Daniel Chambers

Daniel Chambers

Manager, Subscription Services

My Role

As a Manager of Subscription Services team across the world, I work to lead and mentor the team to providing the best value to our customers. Coming from within the team, originally as a Senior Analytic Co-Pilot Consultant I bring the knowledge of how the services can be delivered, as well as working with the knowledge to improve and iterate more value delivered from our team.

My Story

During school, I was always interested in computing and thought I would end up in the industry, which led to my undergraduate degree in Network Computing (BSc). I started my career at a large carrier neutral data center in London, where I discovered all aspects of IT and which path I wanted to go down. It exposed me to many aspects of computing, technology, and some of the biggest names as customers. I began my journey in vendor land when I transitioned into storage networking (SAN Networks) and converged networking, and eventually into professional services within an organization that monitored, tuned, and improved storage-based networks. However, along my journey, I had found a passion for IT security and pursued a master’s degree in Advanced Security and Digital Forensics.

In 2015, I joined LogRhythm and merged my experience of professional services and IT security. As a Professional Services Engineer based out of our UK office, I traveled a lot with the role and a majority of my customers were based in the Middle East, which eventually led me to relocate to our Dubai office in 2017.

In 2020, I moved to the Co-Pilot team, where I have been working with customers across Europe, Middle East, and Asia to improve their security posture and maximize their return on investment. It allows me to experience a variety of different types of customers, technologies, and mindsets.

In early 2023, the opportunity to step up into a leadership role within the Subscription Services team was available. With the new role I am able to help shape, define and ensure consistent delivery of all our services, as well as implement positive changes to the team to help them deliver maximum value to our customer’s investments.
