I work every day to improve our SIEM product. I take feedback from customers, LogRhythm field teams, internal stakeholders, and market research to prioritize the work that makes our product best in class. This arms our clients with intelligent analytics and automated responses to confidently defend against ever-evolving digital weaponization.
With a background in IT management, processes, analytics, and security, I use product feedback data to identify high-impact features. My journey began in a Fortune 200 company where I gained first-hand security experience as a SOC analyst. Later, pivoting to a LogRhythm Profession Services Consultant, I was fortunate enough to work with customers of all shapes and sizes, helping them to get the most out of LogRhythm. And thus began my tenure with LogRhythm where I’ve had several different roles: Professional Services Consultant, Professional Services Sr. Manager, Product Owner, and Product Manager. In total, I have been working with LogRhythm for 10 years and have been in the security space for nearly 15 years. Outside of work, my wife and I have two wonderful kids- a boy (3) and a girl (1). When the kids will allow it, I enjoy playing soccer, music, cooking, and projects around the house.
Providing value to customers and a truly great product requires flexibility and decisiveness at the same time. It means progressing even without perfection. And it needs a relentless focus on customer experience.
